FOR RECEIVING AND POSITIONING CASES INCOMING FROM MULTIPLE LINES ON
MULTIPLE PALLETS.

- Palletizer
Robot: with four or six axes, ABB manufacturing.

Carton
pick-up clamp group: with multiple operating functions,
able to pick-up empty pallets, single or coupled cases, and
interleaves. Pallets are picked-up by rotating hooks with
electro-pneumatic control.
Cases
are picked-up by frontally, by using sliding movements on linear guides
with self-centering systems, with electro-pneumatic control. The
interleaves are taken by a vacuum system. The pick-up clamp is
connetcted to the robot wrist and is controlled by
the robot.

Case
arrival and pick-up stations (up to 4):
made with motorized and frictioned roller conveyors with orthogonal
translating station, linked with the exit conveyors of cartonizing
machines.

Pallet
formation stations (up to 4): with
automatic picking-up an positioning of empty pallets.

Completed
pallet stations(up to 4):
taken by manual forklift or Laser Guided Vehicles (LGV or similar).
- One
or more stations for picking-up empty pallets.
- One
station for interleaf sheets.
- Safety
fences: Total around the entire perimeter.
- Safety
light barriers (AOPD): type approved with enhanced
protection and control.

Electric
panel: centralized, providing power feeding, protection
and control to the whole system,
interconnected to I/O links, equipped with industrial touchscreen PC
and graphical Human-Machine interface.
- Electric
system: equipped with PLC monitorizing main functions of
the system.

Palletization
patterns:
with simple, user friendly management screens, for any carton
dimension, with full product information for recipes, manual or
automated
(in a variety of solutions) pattern forming with possibility of manual
adjustment.
- Optional:
it is possible to supply the system with additional machine modules,
such as pallet magazine and dispencer and conveyor systems for empty
and formed pallets, with personalized layout.
- Special
executions: upon request.
