RECEIVING AND POSITIONING CARTONS COMING FROM ONE FEED LINE ON A PALLET.

Load
bearing structure: single piece to full height,
furnished with safety shields on the entire perimeter.
- Carton
arrival and pick-up station: clutch driven
rolls connected to the cartoner exit.
- Two
stations for pallet formation: with manual
pick-up and positioning of the pallets.
- One
station for liner sheets.
- Protective
barriers: in the positioning and pallet pick-up
stations, highly automated and protected.

Three
Cartesian axes group: sliding on a system of
lateral guides driven by a brushless motor that drives the highly
resistant transmission belts for the distribution of the cartons on the
pallets.

Axis
of rotation (fourth axis): this, too, is
equipped with a brushless motor and acts on the load bearing structure
of the clamp group with a transmission belt.

Carton
pick-up clamp group: also available as acouple,
furnished with carton pick-up hands and interleaf vacuum pick-up.
- Electric
Panel: centralized, with graphic man-machine
display interface.
- Palletizing
schematic diagrams: for new carton dimensions, using the
information provided to the machine for the dimensions of the cartons
and the pallets, proposed tothe palletization operator, who
automatically manages them intopossible solutions, from which a choice
will be made with a successive confirmation and memorization.
- Electrical
system: furnished with PLC and self-diagnostic
for all main functions.
- Optional:
it is possible to furnish the system with additional machine modules,
such as accumulators, or empty pallet pickers, or empty and full pallet
transportation, by personalizing the layout.
- Customized: upon
request.
