AUTOMATIC CARTONER FOR TOP LOADING OF
CARTONS WITH ROBOTIC SYSTEM, WITH HORIZONTAL POSITIONING OF THE

- Layer
composition : packages positioned in single and
double rows, both longitudinal and transversal.
- Carton
filling :with vacuum plate assembled on a
combined system of Cartesian axes sliding on linear guides specially
driven by either vector inverter or brushless motor.
- Final
carton closing :
with adhesive tape, with hot-melt glue or with both.
- Self-adjustment
and self-analysis system : with the possibility
to memorize a number of operational programs on the PLC and
human-machine interface display.
- Production
capacity : up to 120 packages/minute (240
packages/minute in the double channel entrance system version), divided
into a maximum of 12 cartons/minute.
- Type
of packages : pillow bags or square shaped,
containing :
- Food
products : dry and fresh pasta, rice, couscous,
cookies, salt, dried fruit, beans, snack foods, frozen foods, etc.
- Pre-packaged
chemical products.
- System
design : based on location requirements.
